1、负责具身模型后训练算法研究，涵盖高质量数据采集、后训练策略制定、模型调优迭代，提升模型在导航、操作等下游任务的真实环境适配能力与任务执行精度。 2、结合持续学习、在线学习等前沿技术，有效解决模型在长尾场景、跨场景迁移中的性能衰减问题，攻克灾难性遗忘核心痛点。 3、主导或深度参与构建数据闭环系统，打通“采集-训练-反馈-迭代”全链路，形成可复用的后训练体系，驱动模型性能持续提升。 4、深耕多模态模型训练技术，探索对比学习、主动学习等前沿技术，强化VLA模型端到端任务执行能力，适配具身机器人各类复杂应用场景。 5、密切跟踪具身智能、大模型后训练、多模态融合等前沿技术动态，开展技术预研与创新实践，沉淀核心算法方案，构建团队技术壁垒。

1、硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程、自动化等相关专业；硕士3年及以上、博士1年及以上人工智能领域全职工作经验，有扎实的算法理论基础。 2、对VLA（视觉-语言-动作）、VLM（视觉-语言）模型有深入理解，具备丰富的大模型训练、后训练及落地应用经验。 3、具备扎实的持续学习、在线学习技术积累，有实际解决模型灾难性遗忘问题的项目经验，能针对性设计后训练优化方案。 4、深入理解大模型训练与后训练的核心逻辑，清晰掌握模型性能影响因素，具备优秀的问题定位、分析及解决能力，能快速推进模型调优与迭代。 5、具备极强的自主学习能力、创新思维和抗压能力，善于跨团队协作，能高效推进技术落地与项目交付。 6、加分项：① 在CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、ICML、NeurIPS等国际顶会以第一作者身份发表过相关领域论文；② 有Kaggle等顶级数据科学/算法竞赛靠前排名经历；③ 有具身智能、机器人相关算法落地经验。
