The posting

1、负责嵌入式产品软件（应用层、中间件、系统功能）的测试方案设计、用例编写与执行，覆盖功能、性能、稳定性、兼容性、异常恢复等维度。 2、搭建并维护嵌入式自动化测试体系，包括但不限于：设备远程管控与批量测试、接口 / 协议自动化脚本、固件自动烧录与 OTA 升级测试、CI 回归流水线。 3、开发测试工具与平台，如日志采集分析工具、性能监控工具、故障注入工具、测试环境管理平台等，提升团队测试效率。 4、参与需求与设计评审，从可测试性角度提出改进建议，推动质量左移。 5、探索并引入适合嵌入式场景的测试方法与工具，持续优化测试流程。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电子信息、自动化、通信等相关专业。 2、3年及以上嵌入式软件测试或嵌入式软件开发经验，有完整嵌入式产品测试周期经验。 3、熟悉 C/C++ 或 Python，能阅读并理解嵌入式软件代码；具备基本的代码走查与问题定位能力。 4、熟悉嵌入式 Linux 或主流 RTOS（FreeRTOS、RT-Thread 等）的基本使用，了解进程 / 线程、内存、文件系统、网络等基本概念。 5、熟悉常用通信协议与接口：TCP/IP、HTTP、MQTT、UART、I2C、SPI、CAN 等，能独立完成协议级测试。 6、熟练使用 Linux 命令行与 Shell 脚本，能在嵌入式设备上进行日志抓取、进程监控、性能分析等操作。 7、掌握 Python，能独立编写自动化测试脚本；有 pytest /unittest 或其他自动化测试框架使用经验。 8、熟悉 Git、Jenkins/GitLab CI 等工具，有将测试接入 CI/CD 流水线的经验者优先。 9、具备良好的问题分析与定位能力，能独立复现、排查并推动解决复杂嵌入式软件问题。
