1、项目交付运营：全程跟进具身智能项目交付，协调跨团队资源推进项目落地，建立项目进度管理机制，识别交付风险问题并推进解决，定期输出项目运营进度报告，沉淀标准化交付流程、技术文档及验收规范。 2、技术支持与问题闭环：作为客户技术对接接口，响应交付全流程技术问题；建立问题分级响应机制，全周期跟进工单、Bug及需求，保障问题高效闭环；沉淀故障案例与FAQ知识库，降低交付运维成本。 3、数据运营与效能提升：搭建交付效能指标体系，通过数据分析复盘流程瓶颈；推进交付工具化、自动化升级，参与部署、监控、运维等工具链搭建优化，持续提升交付人效与标准化水平。 4、客户成功与方案迭代：配合售前团队完成技术方案评估并提供落地建议；收集、梳理客户反馈与需求，推动产研迭代优化；沉淀标杆客户案例与可复用交付方法论。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机器人、电子工程等相关专业。 2、3 年以上产品技术运营 / 项目交付 / ToB技术支持相关工作经验，有 AI、机器人或 ToB SaaS 行业背景优先。 3、熟悉Linux操作，掌握基础Python/Shell脚本编写；了解CI/CD、Docker/K8s等容器化技术；具备日志分析、问题定位与故障排查能力；熟练使用SQL进行数据分析。 4、具备强结果导向与主人翁意识，学习能力、抗压能力突出，拥有产品思维，善于从数据和业务中挖掘优化点，以及跨部门沟通、文档撰写、多任务统筹能力。 加分项 1、熟悉ROS/ROS2、SLAM、运动控制等机器人相关技术； 2、有Prometheus、Grafana等运维监控工具搭建使用经验； 3、具备云平台部署运维、0-1搭建技术运营体系经验； 4、有人形/服务机器人、具身智能项目交付经验、团队带教经验以及流利英语工作能力。
