1. 搭建具身智能多模态采集数据的质检体系与量化标准，覆盖视觉图像、激光点云、IMU、标定参数等数据类型，围绕完整性、畸变、画质、时序同步、合规性等维度制定质检规则。 2. 开发自动化质检工具与脚本，基于Python、OpenCV等实现画质校验（亮度、模糊、噪点、过曝欠曝）、畸变检测、丢帧识别、多传感器同步校验等能力，嵌入数采入库流水线，前置拦截低质数据。 3. 对质检异常进行根因定位，区分数采设备故障、传感器ISP调教偏差、标定失准、采集流程不规范等成因，对接硬件、数采、ISP调教团队推动问题源头整改。 4. 沉淀数据失效模式库，持续迭代质检规则与工具效率，保障训练、评测所用数据的质量合规，支撑模型迭代的数据供给。

  • 本科及以上，计算机、图像处理、自动化、机器人等相关专业，2年以上数据质检或测试开发相关经验。
  • 熟悉多传感器数据采集链路，掌握图像画质、畸变、时序同步、数据完整性等质量维度的判定逻辑，可独立设计质检方案。
  • 具备测试开发能力，熟练使用Python，掌握OpenCV、NumPy等工具，可独立开发自动化质检脚本。
  • 了解摄像头ISP调校、数采设备基本原理，具备从数据质量反向追溯硬件/调教问题的分析能力。
  • 有自动驾驶/具身智能行业数据质检、自动化质检流水线搭建经验者优先。
  • 逻辑严谨，责任心强，具备良好的跨团队协同与问题推进能力。
