1、 VLA架构下的感知-执行闭环构建：负责将多模态感知（视觉、触觉、力觉）深度集成到 VLA（Vision-Language-Action）模型架构中，实现从感知输入到灵巧操作输出的端到端闭环； 2、参与新一代末端执行器（如夹爪/灵巧手）与机器人感知系统（视觉/力/触觉等）的方案设计、指标制定与迭代验证； 3、负责真机实验与问题定位：传感器/执行器异常、时序同步与标定、控制稳定性与回放复现等； 4、将实验结论沉淀为可复用的接口/数据规范/评测与回归流程，提升系统迭代效率； 5、参与机器人 + AI 的协同创新，与机器人团队共同定义新一代具身机器人；

1、 专业背景：机器人、计算机、自动化等相关专业硕士及以上学历，具备良好的数学基础和逻辑思维能力。 2、代码能力：熟悉机器人常用工程栈者优先，包括Python/C++、Linux、ROS/ROS2；熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow等深度学习框架；熟练掌握vibe coding工具，有快速开发迭代算法的能力； 3、领域技能：在 Robot Manipulation（机器人操作）方向有深入的研究或落地经验；在算法领域和机器人领域都有扎实的基础知识； 4、加分项：对机器人、具身智能充满热情，有相关论文产出，丰富的真机manipulation相关经历者优先
