1. 本科及以上学历，机械工程、自动化、机器人等相关专业 2. 3年以上机器人产品评测、竞品分析或系统集成测试经验 3. 熟悉机器人运动学、动力学基础，了解常见传感器（视觉、力控、IMU等）原理 4. 具备独立设计评测方案的能力，熟悉常用测试工具与数据采集方法 5. 有竞品拆解分析经验，能深入理解竞品技术架构与优劣势 6. 数据敏感度高，能从测试数据中提炼关键洞察 7. 良好的报告撰写与沟通能力，能向非技术团队清晰传递评测结论
