1、交付项目质量保障：负责机器人在客户交付项目中的全链路测试质量管控，覆盖需求评审、方案验证、现场部署、客户验收到交付的完整生命周期，确保项目按期高质量交付。
2、场景化测试体系建设：针对不同客户的真实作业场景（如商品分拣、物品递送等），制定系统级测试方案与验收标准，建立典型场景用例库和 Benchmark，将现场问题前移至研发阶段拦截。 3、测试开发与工具建设：使用 Python/C++ 开发自动化测试脚本与测试工具链，搭建交付现场快速验证框架，接入 CI/CD 流水线，提升回归测试与交付验收效率；负责多传感器数据同步、整机力控稳定性、长时间运行可靠性等关键指标的自动化监测。 4、问题定位与闭环：对交付现场发现的功能缺陷、算法效果波动、系统偶发异常进行根因分析（RCA），协同算法、软件、硬件团队推动问题修复与回归验证，建立交付问题知识库。 5、交付文档与规范沉淀：编写交付测试报告、验收文档、操作手册等交付物，沉淀项目测试经验与最佳实践，持续优化交付测试流程与准入准出标准。

  • 本科及以上，自动化、机器人、计算机、车辆工程等相关专业，3年以上软硬件集成测试及项目交付相关经验。
  • 有机器人或自动驾驶领域软硬集成测试背景，熟悉主控软件、算法模型与传感器、执行机构的联调逻辑，了解离线台架、半实物仿真测试方法。
  • 具备独立设计系统级测试方案的能力，可主导端到端时延、长稳压测等专项验证，具备较强的问题定位与根因分析能力。
  • 具备测试开发能力，熟练使用Python/C++至少一种编程语言，可独立开发测试工具、自动化脚本与数据解析程序。
  • 熟悉ROS/ROS2系统、运动控制原理、多传感器融合逻辑者优先；有人形/具身机器人整机集成测试经验者优先。
  • 逻辑严谨，责任心强，具备良好的跨团队协同与问题推进能力。抗压能力强，能适应项目阶段性出差（客户现场部署与验收）。
  • 具备客户视角与交付意识，能在项目现场快速响应问题、平衡质量与进度。
