1、本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、工业工程、机械、电子、电气、自动化等相关专业优先；10年及以上供应管理、供应链体系相关工作经验。 2、熟悉智驾或制造体系架构，深入了解供应链、采购相关业务流程，具备相关从业经验者优先。 3、具备较强的系统搭建、流程优化能力，熟练掌握数据分析方法，拥有良好的跨部门沟通协同与问题解决能力。 4、熟悉供应链相关合规要求，工作严谨负责、结果导向，抗压性强，能适应快速发展节奏。了解精益生产、项目管理优先。
