1. 参与具身智能项目研发与工程验证，围绕VLA、具身智能大模型及机器人数据采集与训练，开展数据处理、模型训练、推理部署、仿真验证、真机调试及性能评测。 2.具备基础编程和技术问题分析能力，定位模型训练、系统部署、联调测试及机器人运行过程中的问题，并推动解决。 3. 负责技术方案、实施报告、测试报告、经费材料、知识产权、第三方检测及验收材料等项目文件的组织与管理。

1. 计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人、控制科学与工程、电子信息、机械工程等相关专业，硕士及以上学历。 2.完整参与过科技项目从申报、立项实施到验收结题全过程的优先，熟悉项目申报、任务书编制、过程检查、经费管理及验收流程的优先。 3.熟悉VLM、VLA、具身智能大模型、机器人多模态数据、模仿学习、强化学习及模型部署等技术，能够阅读论文和研发文档，提炼技术路线、创新点及考核指标。 4. 熟悉Python、Linux、Git等常用工具，能够参与数据处理、模型训练、推理部署、机器人调试及实验验证。
