1、负责搭建国央企、高校院所、行业协会等创新产业生态，推动产学研协同创新发展。 2、对接政府部门和央国企，协调政企资源，整合业务需求，在政府支持方向开拓政企产业合作机会。 3、维护各地方政府主管部门，包括但不限于“工信/发改/国资委/财政”等，打造国资业务侧良好企业形象。 4、对接维护中国人工智能学会、电子学会、中国人工智能产业发展联盟（AIIA）、中国机电一体化技术应用协会等行业协会、学会、联盟，构建良好政企合作生态。 5、拓展与维护高校、科研院所生态合作关系，组织技术攻关合作、揭榜挂帅、产学研平台建设、课题申报等工作。 6、可以根据不同地区产业结构、政策环境特点，制定差异化技术合作方案。 7、业务方向覆盖工业、服务场景，拓展战略技术合作方，包括不限于“电子、机械、能源、市政、政务”等领域。 8、有效转化政企项目合作机会，包括但不限于布局国家课题项目、合作共建示范工程、打造科技创新平台等。

1、熟悉央国企合作方式，了解央国企业务边界，可以有效沟通诉求与痛点，快速推进双方达成共识。 2、熟悉高校院所、行业协会学会运行机制，善于挖掘双方契合点，推动项目合作。 3、3年以上科技生态合作经验，具备促成大型业务、技术合作意向及项目落地经验。 4、为人积极乐观，亲和力强，外观端正，善于沟通，逻辑思维清晰，具有很强的资源协调能力。 5、拥有一定央国企背景及合作渠道者优先。
