1、设计并维护具身智能系统的评测体系，覆盖感知、决策、执行及长期任务表现。 2、构建适用于真实机器人场景的评测方式，包括但不限于 offline、online 及长期运行评估。 3、分析模型与系统在不同数据分布、任务设置下的性能变化与失效模式。 4、将评测结果转化为可执行的反馈信号，用于支持模型迭代与数据采集决策。 5、参与定义失败类型及其优先级，支持数据闭环与系统稳定性改进。 6、随系统规模与复杂度变化，持续调整和演进评测方法。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上工作经验。 2、有复杂智能系统的评测或验证经验。 3、熟悉至少一种真实世界或高复杂度系统： - 自动驾驶 - 机器人 / 强化学习 - 大规模多模态模型 4、具备 on-policy / closed-loop 系统评测等项目经验优先；在自动驾驶 / 机器人 / RL 中担任过系统级职责等经验优先。
