岗位职责： 1. 统筹整套 B 端落地工具链顶层设计，打通「现场数据采集-具身模型微调训练-业务流程编排-落地运营」的闭环 2. AI模型工具链产品定义，定义现场遥操、自动采集、故障数据回流机制 3. 行业业务集成与流程编排，设计低代码机器人工作流编排引擎，打通客户侧 MES/WMS等系统 4. 深度对接工厂、物流、酒店 B 端客户，提炼通用行业需求，输出PRD 5. 跟踪标杆客户落地效果，持续迭代工具链提升交付效率 6. 跟踪工业机器人 MaaS、具身智能、工业低代码平台竞品，提炼差异化竞争力，持续优化平台商业化能力。

岗位要求： 1. 本科及以上，计算机、自动化、机器人、工业工程、AI 相关理工科专业； 2. 5 年及以上 B 端平台 / 工业软件 / 机器人云平台产品经验，有完整大型工具类平台从 0 到 1 搭建经验； 3. 深入理解大模型（LLM/VLM）与具身智能前沿趋势，熟悉主流VLA&WAM架构的原理与能力边界。 4. 有工业 / 物流 / 商用机器人落地经验，熟悉工厂上下料、仓储分拣、商用服务任一行业业务流程； 5. 深度理解 MaaS、模型微调、数据采集、端云部署全流程 6. 懂工业系统集成（MES/WMS 对接）、机器人调度、IoT 设备管理基础逻辑。
