1、负责华南区域具身智能产品的渠道生态建设，制定渠道发展策略与激励政策，开发并管理行业代理商、系统集成商、二次开发合作伙伴，构建覆盖工业制造与物流仓储行业的渠道网络。 2、主动开拓华南区优质渠道商资源，包括工业自动化集成商、机器人代理商、物流仓储解决方案商等；完成渠道签约、培训、赋能与日常管理，协助渠道伙伴完成售前方案、POC 验证及项目落地。 3、负责二次开发生态伙伴的开发与维护，吸引具备技术能力的集成商、开发商基于公司平台进行行业场景定制开发，扩大产品在垂直行业的覆盖深度。 4、制定华南区渠道销售目标并拆解到各合作伙伴，定期追踪渠道 Pipeline 与业绩完成情况，组织渠道营销活动、技术沙龙与产品培训，推动渠道持续产出。 5、维护核心渠道伙伴的长期合作关系，处理渠道冲突与价格管理，优化渠道结构，提升渠道满意度与忠诚度，构建健康可持续的区域合作伙伴生态。

1、本科及以上学历，理工科或市场营销相关专业优先。 2、五年以上渠道销售 / 生态合作经验，具备工业机器人、工业自动化、AGV/AMR、智能物流仓储等领域的渠道开发与管理经验。 3、在华南区拥有工业制造业或物流仓储行业的渠道商资源，熟悉区域内系统集成商、代理商生态，能快速整合优质渠道资源。 4、熟悉渠道管理全流程，包括渠道签约、政策设计、赋能培训、业绩追踪、冲突管理等。 5、具备较强的商务谈判能力与跨部门协同能力，能联动公司内部解决方案、产品、交付团队支持渠道项目落地。 6、结果导向，自我驱动，具备良好的沟通表达与组织协调能力，能适应频繁出差。
