1、负责人形机器人局域和广域远程遥操作相关算法和系统方案开发，包括第一视角遥操作、局域无线传输、一对多远程遥操接管、力反馈、RTC等功能，确保通过远程遥操作可以完成80%以上的任务，同时具备数据采集功能。 2、完成高延时下的远程遥操作性能提升、算法优化，思考创新方法，持续提升机器人远程遥操作和数据采集质量和效率。 3、寻找合适的合作方（网络设备商、网络运营商等）完成远程遥操系统搭建，支持远程遥操作系统Demo展示和部署。 4、跟踪国内外远程遥操作和数据采集前沿技术和产品，并持续思考如何将其转化为公司产品中。

1、本科及以上学历，机器人、机电、控制、通信、电子信息等相关专业，硕士及以上优先。 2、拥有2年及以上远程遥操系统及算法开发、产品化落地经验，有较强的动手实操能力。 3、熟悉包括但不限于VR遥操作，远程通信、机器人运动学、动力学与控制技术。 4、良好的团队合作意识和沟通协调能力，较强的责任心和学习能力，关注前沿动态，追求卓越。 5、熟练掌握C/C++、MATLAB、Python等编程语言，熟练使用ROS/ROS2系统。 6、有具身智能和医疗机器人行业远程遥操系统开发经验者优先。
