岗位职责 1. 负责人形机器人整机线束系统架构设计,涵盖电源、低速控制、高速通讯、传感器回传的分层方案 2. 主导关节内走线方案,解决折弯/扭转环境下的束径预算、机械固定与寿命问题 3. 负责 EtherCAT、T1、GMSL、USB3 等高速链路的物理层设计与阻抗/EMC 控制 4. 主导柔性线缆与小型化连接器选型,与线缆厂、连接器厂联合开发非标方案 5. 制定整机屏蔽与接地体系,完成线束级和整机级 EMC 验证 6. 输出线束加工 SOP、测试治具与失效分析方案,支撑量产

任职要求 1. 电子、电气、自动化或电磁场相关专业本科及以上,5年以上电气线束设计经验 2. 至少 3 年高速信号(≥ 1 Gbps)或机器人/汽车线束方向经验,能独立分析 S 参数、TDR、眼图 3. 熟悉柔性线缆机械特性与扭转寿命设计,能用 CATIA / SolidWorks 做线束 3D 走向建模 4. 熟悉 TE、Rosenberger、Molex、HRS 等主流厂家车规/工业连接器选型与失效模式 5. 至少独立主导过一次整机 EMC 整改,熟悉屏蔽、接地、滤波设计 6. 掌握 ADS / HFSS / SIwave 之一,具备 VNA、TDR 实操能力 7. 具备跨电气、机械、材料、工艺四维度的工程思维,坚持试验驱动而非纸上设计 加分项:人形/协作机器人关节内走线项目经验;线缆或连接器从零定制经验;熟悉 IEEE 802.3bp/cg、OPEN Alliance、AEC-Q200 标准;熟悉 PoDL/SPE 生态。
