1、主导机器人整机及关键模块的优化，识别产品关键特性并制定成本优化策略，推动策略落地执行； 2、负责电机、减速器、传感器以及关键结构件等机器人核心零部件的优化校核及验证方案的制定； 3、负责机器人整机BOM成本拆解，识别关键成本项，制定并推进降本计划； 4、推动结构简化、零件集成、标准化、跨产品共用及国产化替代； 5、协同研发、采购、工艺、质量及供应商，完成方案评审、样件试制、测试验证和量产导入； 6、跟踪降本项目进度及降本后产品性能、质量和可靠性满足要求；

1、本科及以上学历，机械、机器人、车辆工程等相关专业； 2、5年以上机器人、汽车、消费电子或自动化设备相关工作经验； 3、熟悉机加工、压铸、注塑、钣金及表面处理工艺，熟悉机器人核心零部件的成本构成； 4、具备机械设计、工程图及BOM分析能力，能够独立提出并实施降本方案； 5、具备成本核算、供应商报价分析及跨部门项目推动能力； 6、具有关节模组、灵巧手、机械臂或移动底盘降本经验者优先。
