岗位职责 1. 负责机器人端侧基础软件平台设计、开发与维护，为上层业务提供稳定统一的底层软件能力。 2. 开发建设端侧基础服务：日志、时间同步、持久化存储、设备管理、标定服务、系统监控、SystemManager/ExecutionManager、配置 / 健康管理、故障检测恢复等。 3. 负责基础软件架构设计，划分模块边界，定义服务接口、数据协议、生命周期与服务协作机制，搭建可扩展端侧软件基础设施。 4. 针对端侧资源受限、长期运行、复杂异常场景，解决 IPC、进程线程调度、内存、IO、网络、存储、时间同步等各类系统级问题。 5. 负责基础服务可靠性、性能与稳定性优化，可对 CPU、内存、IO、网络、调度等问题做系统级分析定位。 6. 参与多硬件平台、多产品软件适配迭代，保障平台抽象能力与可移植性。

任职要求 1. 本科及以上，计算机、软件工程、电子信息、自动化等相关专业。 2. 扎实C++ 功底，1年以上 C/C++ 开发经验，熟练 C++17/20，深入理解 RAII、STL、模板、智能指针、并发编程。 3. 优秀模块、接口、面向对象设计能力，可独立负责复杂基础软件模块架构设计与实现。 4. 较强系统问题排查能力，能从系统维度分析 CPU、内存、IO、网络、进程调度等疑难问题。 5. 重视模块化、接口抽象、代码质量、可测试性、异常处理与产品长期演进，可独立完成需求‑架构‑编码‑测试‑问题迭代全流程。 6. 具备 ROS2 实际开发使用经验。 优先加分 • 有日志框架、PTP/NTP 时间同步、持久化存储、设备管理、SM/EM、系统诊断监控、标定服务、OTA 相关开发经验 • 大型机器人、自动驾驶、车载嵌入式软件开发经验，有量产项目经历 • 0‑1 搭建端侧基础软件平台、复杂系统架构落地经验
