1、统筹需求计划、生产计划、物料计划全链条管理，牵头需求评审，对接销售 / 项目端梳理订单、预测、交付需求，输出需求计划，平衡订单交付与产能。 2、主导主生产计划 MPS 编制与落地，结合产能、人员、设备情况排产，统筹生产资源，跟进生产执行，协调处理插单、改单、延期、产能瓶颈等问题。 3、重点负责物料计划（MRP）管理：统筹物料需求运算，物料齐套管控，缺料预警，推动采购 / 资源开发跟进物料回料；监控物料库存，管控呆滞料、在制库存，提升库存周转。 4、组织产销协同会议，拉通销售、项目、生产、采购、质量，同步需求、产能、物料风险，推动问题闭环，保障订单准时交付。 5、建立计划相关流程、规则：需求评审流程、MRP 运行规则、物料齐套管控机制、呆滞料预防及处理机制；持续优化计划体系。 6、输出计划类报表：需求预测达成、订单准交率、物料齐套率、库存周转、缺料分析；识别供应链风险，输出改善方案。 7、带领计划小组（需求计划、生产计划、物控），团队分工、任务跟进、绩效复盘，搭建计划人才梯队。

1、本科及以上学历，供应链管理、工业工程、机械、机电等相关专业；5 年及以上制造业计划全模块经验，至少 23 年计划管理岗位经验；机器人 / 自动化装备 / 设备制造行业优先。 2、懂需求计划、生产计划，核心擅长物料计划（MRP / 物控），完整跑通 MPSMRP 全流程，精通物料齐套、缺料管理、库存管控、呆滞料治理。 3、熟练 ERP 系统（用友、金蝶、SAP、Oracle 等），能够独立做 MRP 运算、物料需求拆解；较强的数据能力，Excel 函数、数据透视表，可独立做数据分析。 4、熟悉装备制造行业订单特点：多品种、小批量、项目型订单，能够应对插单、变更、物料长交期等复杂场景。 5、优秀跨部门推动能力，能跟销售、项目、生产、采购、研发高效协同；抗压能力强，处理交付冲突、物料异常。 6、具备流程梳理、体系优化经验；有团队管理经验，能带计划小组；结果导向，对准交率、物料齐套率、库存周转指标负责。 7、有项目型设备、机器人整机供应链计划经验优先。
