1. 需求规格把控&电机选型：拆解机器人整机运动工况，完成关节/底盘电机选型匹配，梳理电机及伺服驱动器全域技术指标，输出完整技术规格书，负责电机+驱动整套运动部件顶层需求定义。 2. 整机测试与质量管控：负责伺服驱动全维度可靠性测试，同时开展电机性能标定、力矩/效率/温升性能测试；定位电机本体、驱动器、软硬件、算法及机电匹配问题，闭环整改复测，保障整套运动系统稳定性。 3. 量产工艺落地：编制电机与驱动器配套装配SOP、产线下线测试规范，制定整机出厂合格判据，搭建产线不良品拦截体系，兼顾装配效率与出厂质量，支撑电机+驱动整套部件稳定量产。 4. 全链路问题闭环迭代：牵头整机联调、量产及终端现场故障定位，覆盖电机本体故障、驱动器故障双向排查；联动软硬件、算法团队完成问题根治，持续复盘优化电机匹配方案与驱动设计，提升整机运动性能与耐用度。

1. 本科及以上学历，自动化、电子、测控、机电等相关专业，3年及以上电机应用、伺服驱动研发、测试、量产或技术支持经验，有机器人电机/伺服项目经验优先； 2. 熟悉电机驱动功率电路及MOSFET/IGBT功率器件，具备硬件故障排查能力； 3. 精通电机三环控制，熟悉PID、滤波器、状态观测器，具备伺服调参、环路优化实战经验； 4. 了解常规MCU开发，熟悉PWM、ADC、SPI等底层外设，可协同团队定位软硬件耦合问题； 5. 热爱具身智能、机器人赛道，动手能力强、逻辑清晰、善于复盘总结，愿意长期深耕精品硬件研发。
