1、负责公司研发项目的全流程费用核算，包括研发支出的归集、分配与结转，负责相关凭证编制、账簿登记及月末结账工作，确保研发费用准确、完整、可追溯。 2、建立并维护研发费用辅助账，按项目、按部门、费用类别进行明细核算，满足高新技术企业认定、研发费用加计扣除及上市合规要求。 3、参与研发项目立项评审，从财务角度审核项目预算的合理性，跟踪预算执行情况，定期出具研发费用预算执行分析报告。 4、配合年度审计、专项审计及税务稽查，提供研发费用相关凭证、台账及说明材料，负责研发费用加计扣除的资料准备与申报工作，确保政策红利应享尽享。 5、负责各类政府专项补贴、科技项目经费的独立核算与管理，依据《企业会计准则》进行恰当的账务处理。 6、建立政府项目台账，登记拨款来源、到账时间、使用进度、结余情况及项目验收节点，配合政府部门的项目中期检查、结题验收与专项审计，编制项目经费决算报告，确保资金使用合规、票据齐全、账目清晰。 7、参与财务信息化建设，推动研发费用与政府补贴核算的系统化、标准化。

1、本科及以上学历，会计学、财务管理、审计学等相关专业。 2、具有3年以上研发费用或政府项目核算相关经验。 3、熟悉国家财税法规，熟练掌握《企业会计准则》，持有中级及以上会计职称优先。 4、工作细致严谨，责任心强，具备良好的数字敏感度和逻辑分析能力。 5、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与研发部门、项目管理部门、GR部门及外部审计机构高效协作。
