岗位职责 1、制定机器人端侧软件产品路线图与版本规划，覆盖运控、导航、多模态交互及系统底座等板块。 2、定义各机器人算法模块产品功能、体验指标、性能指标。 3、系统底座产品化：包含OTA 升级、日志采集回传、故障上报诊断、设备健康监控与远程调试。 4、输出端侧 SDK/API，制定接口规范与开发文档，降低业务方与外部开发者接入成本。 5、与算法、系统、硬件、测试团队协同，推动版本落地与质量闭环。

职位要求 1、本科及以上学历，机器人、机电、自动化、计算机、软件等相关专业 2、5年以上软件产品经验，其中3年以上机器人、自动驾驶或智能硬件平台方向，有从0到1搭建端侧软件/SDK 经历。 3、理解机器人端侧软件栈或车端 OS 架构，能与算法和系统工程师深度对话。 4、能将"体验好、稳定"拆解为可量化指标，具备强跨团队推动力与Owner 意识。 5、有人形机器人或自动驾驶量产项目经验者优先，AI Native工具使用者且能搭Agent为工作提效者优先
