1、负责具身智能数据闭环平台的产品规划，设计覆盖采集、清洗、标注、检索到交付的全链路数据生产体系，制定产品 Roadmap 并推动落地； 2、主导数据标注平台设计，统筹人工标注与大模型自动化标注的混合模式，建立任务分发、质量监控及成本效率优化机制； 3、负责多模态数据检索与资产管理系统的产品设计，支持训练数据的高效检索、复用与血缘追溯； 4、撰写高质量产品文档（PRD、需求规格说明书、操作手册等），确保平台功能与运营流程清晰可执行； 5、与数据工厂运营团队深度协作，采集一线反馈并转化为产品优化与流程改进方案，保障数据交付质量与效率。

1、计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，3 年以上数据平台、数据标注或 B 端产品经验； 2、具备数据标注平台产品化经验，熟悉人工标注外包管理流程及自动化标注工具集成； 3、熟悉数据检索、数据目录或数据资产管理，有多模态数据（视频、图像、传感器数据等）产品经验者优先； 4、具备优秀的产品文档撰写与 Roadmap 规划能力，能输出逻辑严谨、可落地的 PRD 及用户手册； 5、出色的沟通推动力，能与数据工厂运营、外包管理团队高效协作，快速响应业务需求； 6、了解数据 ETL、分布式存储及数据安全基础，能与研发团队顺畅对齐技术方案； 7、对具身智能领域有浓厚兴趣，具备优秀的跨团队协作能力。
