1、行业洞察与方案架构：深入理解本科高校（AI、自动化、计算机工程等）及“双高”职业院校（工业机器人、智能制造等）专业建设诉求与人才培养方案；结合公司具身智能大模型、机器人硬件技术能力，主导设计面向教学实训、科研创新及技能竞赛的端到端综合解决方案； 2、项目落地：作为技术方案专家配合销售团队进行售前开拓，负责客户拜访、痛点挖掘、需求调研与技术交流，提供具有竞争力的定制化产品落地方案；并协同渠道、集成商，依据用户共同需求，架构解决方案，向渠道商赋能； 3、销售支持：负责编写高质量的项目建议书、可研报告、招投标文件及技术协议，主导或参与项目竞标、讲标；负责教育客户来访接待、咨询、解决方案价值呈现。 3、科研赋能与成果转化平台建设：面向高校教师及科研团队，构建“产学研用”一体化解决方案；协助高校建立具身智能协同创新、实训中心，提供产品使用接口，推动高校科研成果转化应用。 4、技术边界管理与交付保障：准确评估当前公司具身智能模型及机器人产品的技术能力边界，在方案设计阶段引导客户建立合理的业务期望；协同研发、产品及交付团队，确保教育解决方案的可实施性，对最终客户交付质量和使用体验负责。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、机器人工程、自动化或相关理工科专业优先。 2、有高等教育或职业教育行业背景，3年以上售前解决方案工作经验，熟悉高校教学实训室建设、产教融合基地建设、政府采购及招投标流程，能独立完成教育信息化/实训室建设方案；拥有大语言模型（LLM）或具身智能模型相关项目经验者优先。 3、了解机器人、人工智能在教育行业相关应用和技术（机器人实训平台、人工智能实训平台），快速理解深度的技术概念并转化为客户听得懂的商业价值，并具备出色的文档撰写能力与PPT制作/宣讲能力。 4、具备卓越的客户沟通与同理心，敏锐捕捉客户（院长、系主任、实训中心主任）的隐性需求与业务痛点，以及较强的跨部门协作能力和自我驱动力。
