1. 搭建机器人“脑-身”集成测试体系，覆盖感知决策算法、主控软件与机电执行系统的联调验证，制定集成测试方案、量化指标与流程规范。 2. 通过离线台架、半实物仿真、整机联调等多手段开展测试，拦截算法与硬件接口不匹配、控制时序偏差、传感器与执行器协同异常、运动指令失真等脑身适配类集成问题。 3. 牵头系统级专项验证，包括端到端链路耗时测试、长周期运行压测、极限负载稳定性测试，量化系统延迟、执行精度、运行故障率等核心指标。 4. 负责集成测试工具与自动化脚本开发，搭建数据采集、日志解析、自动判障的测试框架，提升集成测试效率与问题复现能力。 5. 定位集成问题根因，协同算法、电子电气、机械结构团队推动缺陷修复与回归验证，沉淀集成失效模式库与测试最佳实践。

  • 本科及以上，自动化、机器人、计算机、车辆工程等相关专业，3年以上软硬件集成测试相关经验。
  • 有机器人或自动驾驶领域软硬集成测试背景，熟悉主控软件、算法模型与传感器、执行机构的联调逻辑，了解离线台架、半实物仿真测试方法。
  • 具备独立设计系统级测试方案的能力，可主导端到端时延、长稳压测等专项验证，具备较强的问题定位与根因分析能力。
  • 具备测试开发能力，熟练使用Python/C++至少一种编程语言，可独立开发测试工具、自动化脚本与数据解析程序。
  • 熟悉ROS/ROS2系统、运动控制原理、多传感器融合逻辑者优先；有人形/具身机器人整机集成测试经验者优先。
  • 逻辑严谨，责任心强，具备良好的跨团队协同与问题推进能力。
