岗位职责： 1、多模态产品定义：打造卓越的多模态产品体验，定义机器人语音 ASR/TTS、视觉感知、肢体动作、面部表情、Channel等产品。制定交互指标（响应时延、理解准确率、意图匹配、动作流畅度等） 2、场景化 Demo 策划与落地：面向客户接待、展厅导览、商业服务、讲解问答等场景，完成用户调研、流程设计、故事板与 Demo 方案输出 3、产品需求与项目推进：输出 PRD、交互流程图、原型、验收标准（SLA），管理需求优先级与版本 roadmap。对接研发、测试、算法、硬件团队，把控交付质量、进度与体验一致性。 4、行业与竞品洞察：跟踪具身智能、多模态大模型、机器人交互前沿技术与竞品方案，输出差异化产品策略。 5、GTM支持：包含售前演示、客户交流与方案输出，将真实需求反哺产品迭代。

任职要求： 1、本科及以上，计算机、人工智能、自动化、设计、人机交互 HCI 相关专业优先。 2、3年及以上AI 产品 / 机器人产品 / 多模态交互产品经验，有服务机器人 / 具身智能项目落地经验优先。 3、深度理解多模态交互：语音对话、视觉感知、动作控制、Channel 协同的设计逻辑与技术边界。 4、熟悉大模型应用、意图理解、对话管理、知识库、机器人控制基本原理，能与算法 / 硬件高效沟通。 5、熟悉AI Native的产品工作流，具备优秀的PRD 输出、项目推进与跨部门协同能力。 6、强产品主导意识和热情，注重细节与体验，能在快速迭代中平衡技术可行性与用户体验。
