岗位职责： 1.负责机器人ROS2 中间件体系的建设、优化与量产化落地 2.深入研究ROS2 核心架构，负责 RMW、ROSIDL、rosidl_typesupport、Fast DDS、rcutils等核心模块的开发与定制 3.针对机器人长期迭代、跨版本通信及量产需求，推进 ROS2 序列化与通信链路优化 4.负责 ROS2 Middleware 的性能、稳定性、兼容性及工程化建设 5.参与 ROS2 与公司自研 IPC / RPC / 通信框架的融合与演进

任职要求： 1.计算机、软件工程、机器人等相关专业，本科及以上学历 2.有非常深入的 ROS2 / DDS / Middleware 开发和使用经验，熟悉 ROS2 核心源码 3.深入理解 RMW、ROSIDL、rosidl_typesupport、Fast DDS、rcutils 等核心机制 4.熟悉 Fast DDS、rmw_fastrtps_cpp、Fast CDR 等 ROS2 Middleware 组件 5.深入理解 Protobuf 序列化机制，对 Protobuf Wire Format / Wire Serialization 有源码级认识 6.具备较强的 C++ 开发和源码分析能力，对 C++ 对象模型、STL 等有深入理解 7.对编译、链接及程序运行原理有深入理解，具备扎实的计算机体系结构基础 8.有ROS2 中间件性能优化、通信框架改造或量产化经验优先 9.有Protobuf、DDS、共享内存、IPC/RPC 等相关开发经验优先
