岗位职责 负责轮式/人形机器人自主导航算法研发与商业化落地，覆盖VLN视觉语言导航、SLAM定位建图、运动规划避障三大核心方向，候选人精通任意一个方向即可，对应负责模块研发迭代，搭建稳定、可量产的具身智能导航系统。 VLN视觉语言导航：负责多模态导航能力搭建，实现自然语言指令理解、视觉语义对齐与智能决策，打造可交互、可执行任务的智能导航能力。 SLAM定位建图：负责激光、相机、IMU、轮速计多传感器融合，研发机器人定位与建图算法，优化动态复杂场景下的定位精度与鲁棒性，适配真机落地场景。 导航规划：负责机器人全局路径规划、局部动态避障、轨迹优化与底盘运动学适配，解决狭窄通行、动态障碍规避、场景脱困等实际落地问题，保障导航稳定平顺。 工程落地迭代：基于ROS/ROS2完成算法调试、优化与端侧部署，持续解决场景长尾问题，沉淀可复用、可量产的导航算法方案，支撑业务商业化交付。 技术跟进优化：跟踪语义SLAM、长效建图、AI规划、多模态导航等前沿技术，结合业务场景完成技术迭代与系统升级。

任职要求 核心要求：无需全会，精通 SLAM / 导航规划 / VLN 任意一个方向即可投递 本科及以上学历，计算机、机器人、人工智能、自动化等相关专业，1-3年具身机器人、自动驾驶导航算法落地经验。 VLN方向：熟悉视觉-语言对齐、场景语义理解、大模型机器人落地决策，有语义导航、多模态具身项目经验优先。 SLAM方向：熟悉多传感器融合、VIO/激光SLAM、回环检测、位姿图优化，具备真机定位建图调试落地经验优先。 规划方向：熟悉全局/局部规划、动态避障、轨迹优化、Nav2框架，了解机器人运动学约束，有真实场景导航优化经验优先。 熟练掌握C++/Python，熟悉Linux、ROS/ROS2开发环境，具备扎实的算法与数学基础。 具备较强工程落地与问题排查能力，可独立完成真机调试迭代，有商业化项目交付经验优先。 结果导向、善于协作，能深耕真实场景，持续优化解决落地各类问题。
