QUALCOSA DI NOI Obicà Mozzarella Bar è il nostro progetto di ristorazione italiana che mette al centro della proposta gastronomica la Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP. Il primo Obicà nasce a Roma nel maggio del 2004 e da quell’anno abbiamo iniziato ad espanderci non solo nelle principali città italiane, ma anche oltre i confini nazionali: da New York a Tokyo, passando da capitali europee come Londra.

SEI LA PERSONA CHE STIAMO CERCANDO SE:

  • Hai esperienza come Restaurant Manager o Direttore di Sala, preferibilmente di almeno 2/3 anni in contesti di ristorazione tradizionale o organizzata.
  • Sei in grado di gestire in modo operativo e strategico un ristorante, garantendo il rispetto delle direttive aziendali e la soddisfazione dei clienti.
  • Hai ottime capacità di gestione del personale: selezione, formazione, organizzazione e motivazione del team.
  • Possiedi esperienza nella gestione di bar/cocktail bar (plus).
  • Sei appassionato/a di ristorazione, attento/a alla qualità delle materie prime e hai una buona conoscenza delle normative HACCP e sicurezza alimentare.
  • Sei disponibile a lavorare su turni, nei weekend e nei giorni festivi.
  • Hai una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

COSA FARAI:

  • Sarai responsabile del rispetto e del corretto adempimento delle direttive aziendali da parte del personale di tutti i reparti.
  • Gestirai la contabilità di cassa e i versamenti in banca.
  • Garantirai il corretto uso e mantenimento delle attrezzature e dei macchinari del punto vendita.
  • Supervisionerai il servizio, assicurandoti che ogni cliente viva un’esperienza gastronomica eccellente.
  • Organizzerai lo staff: selezione, formazione, pianificazione turni e supporto quotidiano.
  • Monitorerai la gestione delle scorte, gli ordini e il conto economico del locale, rispettando i budget aziendali.
  • Verificherai gli aspetti legati a HACCP e sicurezza sul lavoro.
