The posting

Requisitos:

  • Formación académica: Profesional titulado, colegiado y habilitado en Ingeniería Civil.
  • Experiencia General: Mínimo 5 a 6 años de experiencia en el ejercicio de la profesión contados a partir de la colegiatura.
  • Experiencia Específica: Mínimo 3 a 4 años como Coordinador, Residente o Supervisor Civil/SSOMA en proyectos de Líneas de Transmisión y/o Subestaciones Eléctricas de alta tensión (deseable 220 kV o superior), obras civiles industriales o viales de envergadura.
  • Conocimientos técnicos indispensables: Gestión y supervisión de seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente (SSOMA) bajo normatividad nacional vigente y normas internacionales (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Elaboración y revisión de valorizaciones, metrados, cronogramas, informes técnicos y gestión contractual en obra. Manejo de AutoCAD, MS Project y software de gestión técnica/operativa. Licencia de conducir (deseable / según aplique a obra).

Funciones:

  • Coordinar, liderar y supervisar integralmente las actividades civiles y de campo del proyecto, asegurando el cumplimiento técnico y de cronograma.
  • Controlar y asegurar la estricta implementación de los estándares de SSOMA y normativas ambientales en todos los frentes de trabajo.
  • Supervisar la correcta ejecución de obras civiles, fundaciones, cimentaciones y estructuras afines al proyecto.
  • Revisar, validar y emitir informes técnicos, valorizaciones de obra, cartas de avance y reportes diarios/semanales/mensuales.
  • Atender no conformidades, auditorías internas y coordinar directamente con las contratistas y la dirección del proyecto.

Condiciones Laborales:

  • Tipo de contratación: Planilla / Contrato por proyecto / plazo fijo.
  • Jornada y Horario: Lunes a sábado de 07:00 a.m. a 17:00 p.m. (según régimen o necesidades de obra).
  • Lugar de trabajo: Presencial en obra / provincia (según zona asignada).
  • Beneficios: Beneficios sociales de ley, viáticos/hospedaje cubierto según corresponda en campo.
