The posting

Requisitos:

  • Formación académica: Titulado, colegiado y habilitado en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Ambiental, Ingeniería Industrial, Higiene y Seguridad o afines.
  • Experiencia General: Mínimo 3 a 5 años de experiencia profesional general.
  • Experiencia Específica: Mínimo 2 a 3 años como Inspector, Supervisor o Ingeniero SSOMA en proyectos de montaje electromecánico, subestaciones eléctricas, líneas de transmisión o construcción industrial.
  • Conocimientos y Certificaciones: Legislación nacional vigente en SST (Ley N° 29783 y su reglamento D.S. 005-2012-TR, Norma G.050, RM 111-2013-MEM RESESATE para el sector electricidad). Formación en Sistemas de Gestión ISO 45001, ISO 14001 e ISO 9001. Elaboración y supervisión de matrices IPERC, permisos de trabajo de alto riesgo (PETAR), ATS, investigación de incidentes y planes de contingencia. Licencia de conducir (deseable).

Funciones:

  • Supervisar en campo la aplicación y cumplimiento riguroso del Plan de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente y las normativas aplicables (RESESATE / G.050).
  • Inspeccionar frentes de trabajo, validar IPERC continuo, PETAR (trabajos en altura, izajes, espacios confinados, excavaciones) y herramientas de gestión.
  • Realizar inducciones, capacitaciones y charlas diarias de seguridad al personal de obra.
  • Monitorear el cumplimiento de la gestión ambiental (manejo de residuos sólidos, control de derrames y mitigación ambiental).
  • Reportar incidentes/accidentes, participar en la investigación de causas y llevar los indicadores estadísticos SSOMA del proyecto.

Condiciones Laborales:

  • Régimen / Jornada: Lunes a sábado de 07:00 a.m. a 17:00 p.m.
  • Modalidad: Presencial en obra.
  • Tipo de contrato: Plazo determinado / Planilla con beneficios de ley.
