ESTABILIDAD LABORAL - 2 A 3 AÑOS DE PROYECTO

Estamos en búsqueda de TU TALENTO, como SUPERVISOR DE SEGURIDAD E HIGIENE

UBICACIÓN/ZONA Puente Jabonero, 54879 Cuautitlán, Méx.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO:

  • Gestionar los indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) de seguridad y generar informes semanales y mensuales.
  • Analizar la información recolectada para generar estrategias de mejora continua durante la gestión.
  • Liderar diversos grupos de trabajo para asegurar el respeto estricto de las exigencias y procedimientos de ejecución.
  • Desarrollar y mantener actualizada la matriz de cumplimiento legal en materia de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente.
  • Elaborar programas de trabajo específicos para garantizar que el proyecto cumpla con la legislación oficial mexicana (NOM) y la normativa internacional aplicable a la construcción.
  • Operar bajo los lineamientos de los sistemas de gestión ISO 19011, ISO 14001 e ISO 45001 en sus versiones más recientes
  • Aplicar conocimientos avanzados sobre seguridad en maquinaria y salud en el trabajo en el contexto de proyectos industriales y de construcción.
  • Gestionar y supervisar los permisos de trabajo seguro y todas las tareas calificadas como de alto riesgo.
  • Administrar los conceptos y protocolos de seguridad patrimonial dentro del sitio del proyecto.
  • Realizar diagnósticos diarios de las condiciones de seguridad e higiene, e identificar factores de riesgo sensoriales o instrumentados.
  • Realizar mensualmente la autoevaluación del cumplimiento del sistema de autogestión de la STPS.
  • Liderar y establecer foros de discusión con los líderes SHE de las empresas contratistas.

¿QUÉ VALORAMOS?

  • Experiencia sólida en gestión y cumplimiento de SHE tanto en procesos constructivos como en instalación de equipos automatizados para centro de distribución.
  • Sistemas de Gestión: Manejo de sistemas de gestión ISO 19011, ISO 45001 e ISO 14001 en sus últimas versiones.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en seguridad de maquinaria, salud ocupacional, administración de permisos de trabajo seguro y gestión de actividades de alto riesgo.
  • INGLES CONVERSACIONAL AVANZADO

REQUISITOS:

  • Ingeniería Industrial, Seguridad industrial o una carrera afín (Titulo indispensable).
  • 5 años de experiencia comprobable en el área de Seguridad, Higiene y Medio Ambiente (SHE) en obra civil, de manufactura e industrial.
  • Experiencia sólida en gestión y cumplimiento de SHE tanto en procesos constructivos como en procesos de manufactura (deseable en el sector alimenticio).
  • Manejo de sistemas de gestión ISO 19011, ISO 45001 e ISO 14001 (últimas versiones).
  • Capacidad para desarrollar matrices de requerimientos legales y programas de trabajo orientados al cumplimiento normativo en seguridad, salud y medio ambiente.
  • Manejo avanzado de paquetería Office y, opcionalmente, MS Project y AutoCAD.
  • Ingles al 80%
