🌍 Tu misión:

  • Brindar asesoramiento legal-laboral integral a las diferentes áreas de negocio de la compañía.
  • Redactar y gestionar despidos, sanciones disciplinarias, cartas de amonestación y finiquitos con rigor jurídico.
  • Gestionar trámites de extranjería.
  • Dar soporte técnico al área de payroll en la tramitación de movimientos y procedimientos en Seguridad Social (Sistema RED, SILTRA, afiliación y cotización).

🧠 ¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Formación de Grado Superior (FP II) en Administración y Finanzas o estudios afines en gestión administrativa/laboral.
  • Experiencia práctica en gestión laboral operativa, redacción de comunicaciones contractuales y régimen disciplinario.
  • Manejo habitual de plataformas de la Seguridad Social (Sistema RED y SILTRA) y conocimiento de sus procedimientos.
  • Experiencia o conocimientos prácticos en la tramitación de expedientes de extranjería.
  • Capacidad de organización, rigor en la gestión documental y habilidades de comunicación para el asesoramiento interno.
