Buscamos incorporar en nuestro equipo a un/a Consultor/a - Administrador/a Funcional Salesforce con interés y motivación por evolucionar progresivamente hacia el rol de Business Analyst. En este puesto mantendrás un equilibrio dinámico: liderando la administración declarativa diaria de la plataforma y asumiendo la toma de requerimientos, la gestión del backlog, la coordinación con el equipo técnico y la ejecución de las UATs. Tu trabajo garantizará la alineación estratégica entre las necesidades de negocio y Salesforce, con un impacto directo en la eficiencia operativa del grupo.

🧭 Misiones con Propósito e Impacto

  • Administración declarativa y gestión de la plataforma: Diseñar, configurar y mantener objetos, campos, Record Types, Permission Sets, Page Layouts y automatizaciones complejas (Screen Flows y Record-Triggered Flows), asegurando la estabilidad y rendimiento del sistema.
  • Análisis funcional, toma de requerimientos y gestión del backlog: Facilitar sesiones de trabajo con stakeholders clave para entender sus necesidades, traducirlas en Historias de Usuario (User Stories), mantener/priorizar el backlog funcional y asignar las tareas de desarrollo al equipo técnico.
  • Gestión y ejecución de UAT: Diseñar, coordinar y ejecutar los planes de prueba de UAT junto con los usuarios finales para garantizar la calidad funcional y la correcta adopción de las soluciones antes de su despliegue en producción.
  • Analítica, soporte y adopción: Crear Informes (Reports) y Paneles (Dashboards) estratégicos para la toma de decisiones, formando y dando soporte continuado a los usuarios.
  • Evolución progresiva hacia Business Analyst: Acompañar el ciclo de vida completo de las iniciativas desde la toma de necesidad hasta la entrega final, actuando como puente efectivo entre negocio y tecnología.

👀 ¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Experiencia en Salesforce: Alrededor de 3 años de experiencia en roles de Salesforce Administrator o Analista Funcional.
  • Experiencia en análisis y ciclo de vida de proyecto: Capacidad para redactar Historias de Usuario claras, organizar el backlog funcional y participar/liderar la ejecución de pruebas UAT.
  • Gestión y coordinación: Familiaridad o soltura en la asignación de tareas a equipos técnicos y en el uso de herramientas de gestión de tareas/agile (como Jira).
  • Habilidades transversales: Capacidad analítica, empatía y buena interlocución para conectar necesidades de negocio con soluciones técnicas.
  • Ubicación y modalidad: Trabajo híbrido (3 días presenciales en la sede de Sant Cugat del Vallès y 2 en remoto) con flexibilidad horaria.
  • Enfoque basado en competencias: No requerimos certificaciones oficiales ni inglés obligatorio; valoramos tu capacidad analítica, iniciativa, autonomía y manejo real con la plataforma.
