The posting

Supervisor(a) de Solicitudes de Clientes MT/BT

Objetivo del puesto Garantizar la elaboración y revisión de expedientes, así como gestionar los trámites necesarios para el inicio, la ejecución y el cierre de proyectos en campo para clientes.

Funciones principales

  • Supervisar proyectos de sistemas de utilización solicitados por clientes para ampliar su carga eléctrica, desde las etapas de preestudio e ingeniería hasta la ejecución y el cierre.
  • Revisar expedientes aprobados y expedientes de replanteo presentados por la empresa ejecutora.
  • Coordinar en campo con el residente de obra y con el inspector de la empresa.
  • Supervisar la calidad del servicio de la empresa constructora, de acuerdo con los estándares aplicables.
  • Resolver consultas y coordinar la atención de controversias durante la etapa constructiva con las áreas involucradas.
  • Supervisar pruebas eléctricas y gestionar la firma de protocolos.
  • Coordinar con el inspector de la empresa la puesta en servicio de los proyectos.
  • Mantener comunicación con clientes y representantes de la empresa.
  • Revisar las liquidaciones de los proyectos.
  • Comunicar situaciones que puedan afectar la seguridad, la salud, el medio ambiente o la calidad, y cumplir con los procedimientos y estándares correspondientes.

Requisitos

  • Bachiller en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Mecánica Eléctrica o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en proyectos de distribución MT/BT.
  • Licencia de conducir A1 como mínimo.
  • Conocimientos de seguridad, calidad y salud en el trabajo. (Deseable)
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office a nivel intermedio. (Deseable)
