REQUISITOS DEL PUESTO

  • Formación académica: Profesional Colegiado y Habilitado en Ingeniería Mecánica o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia requerida: Mínimo 5 años de experiencia comprobable en servicios de monitoreo de condiciones (Mantenimiento Predictivo - PdM) en operaciones mineras o plantas concentradoras de similar envergadura.
  • Certificaciones obligatorias: Acreditar como mínimo 4 de las siguientes certificaciones: Análisis de aceite MLA II. Termografía Nivel II. Análisis de vibraciones Categoría II. Análisis de circuito motor Nivel I (estático y dinámico). Airborne Ultrasonic (Ultrasonido aerotransportado). Alineamiento de máquinas (regla, reloj comparador y láser). Alineamiento de poleas (láser, regla).

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES

  1. Planificar, supervisar y ejecutar de forma operativa las actividades de monitoreo de condiciones y mantenimiento predictivo (PdM) en la Planta Concentradora.
  2. Analizar e interpretar datos provenientes de técnicas predictivas (vibraciones, aceites, termografía, ultrasonido, entre otros) para la detección temprana de fallas en equipos críticos.
  3. Elaborar y presentar informes técnicos periodicose emitiendo diagnósticos precisos y recomendaciones de mantenimiento preventivo/correctivo.
  4. Supervisar al equipo técnico en campo, garantizando el cumplimiento estricto de las normas de SSOMA y estándares de calidad operative.
  5. Velar por la precisión, calibración y correcto uso de las herramientas y equipos de diagnóstico asignados al servicio (equipos de alineamiento, colectores de datos, termógrafos, etc.).

CONDICIONES Y BENEFICIOS

  • Tipo de servicio: Servicio específico (contrato por obra o servicio determinado).
  • Duración del contrato: 36 meses (3 años).
  • Régimen laboral: 14x14 (Turno diurno: 06:30 a.m. a 06:30 p.m.).
  • Ubicación: Unidad Minera (Zona Sur del Perú / Zonas aledañas).
