Job Description

We are looking for an organised and proactive Admin Manager to oversee daily administrative operations, manage the admin team, and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities
  • Organize and supervise other office activities
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the director.

Requirements

  • Diploma or relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative or operations experience.
  • Experience in trading, logistics, shipping, or food distribution is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
