DEINE AUFGABEN

Als Crew Member bist du die Energiequelle an unserer Bar und im gesamten F&B-Bereich. Du sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft, führst dein Team mit Leidenschaft und packst selbst aktiv mit an – immer mit Herz, Humor und echtem Moxy-Spirit.

• Du bist Gastgeber*in mit Leidenschaft für Gäste aus aller Welt #atthemoxy • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs an der Bar & im F&B • Aktive Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft (Getränke, Snacks, Kassensystem, Gästeberatung) • Professioneller Umgang mit Gästefeedback und Beschwerden • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch & Englisch – weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus • Flexible Schichtarbeit (Früh/Spät/Nacht) ist für dich selbstverständlich

WAS BRINGST DU MIT?

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Hotellerie/Gastronomie – oder motivierter Quereinsteiger • Erste Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle von Vorteil • Kenntnisse in MICROS & OPERA sind ein Plus, kein Muss • Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten • Teamplayer-Mentalität kombiniert mit Gastgeberqualitäten • Eine positive Persönlichkeit mit Humor und echter Moxy-Attitude
