DIE STELLE:

Für unser AC & Moxy Hotels Würzburg sind wir auf der Suche nach einem hochmotivierten Night Auditor (m/w/d) mit einer aussagekräftigen Persönlichkeit und Hands-On Mentalität.

DEINE HAUPTAUFGABEN:

  • Als Night-Auditor (w/m/d) bist Du neben den Tätigkeiten bei Check-In und Check-Out auch für die Erstellung diverser Reports und Statistiken im Nachtdienst verantwortlich
  • Ein großer Teil Ihres Aufgabengebiets umfasst zudem die Tätigkeiten zum Tagesabschluss und die vorbereitenden Arbeiten für unsere Buchhaltung
  • Annahme von Reservierungsanfragen (sowohl telefonisch als auch von Walk-In-Gästen)
  • Eigenständiges Führen der Schichten in der Nacht
  • Du führst regelmäßige Sicherheitsrundgänge durch, damit alles ruhig und sicher ist
  • Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Gäste

WAS BRINGST DU MIT:

  • Positive und empathische Ausstrahlung in jeder Situation
  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie sowie erste Berufserfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Position sind von Vorteil
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse der Programme OPERA, sowie MS Office sind von Vorteil
  • selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Aufgeschlossenheit, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • ausgeprägte Gastorientierung
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
