DE FUNCTIE

Als Medewerker Technische Dienst ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de volledige technische staat van het hotel. Je zorgt voor een veilige, goed onderhouden en compliant hotelomgeving en bent een cruciale schakel tussen operatie, management en externe partners. Je rapporteert aan de General Manager en werkt nauw samen met alle afdelingen. Met jouw leiderschap, structuur en technische expertise borg je continuïteit, kwaliteit en gastbeleving in een 24/7 hotelomgeving.

WAT JE GAAT DOEN

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en organisatie van de Technische Dienst en het waarborgen van een optimaal functionerend hotelgebouw en installaties.
  • Toezien op naleving van veiligheids-, ARBO- en brandveiligheidsvoorschriften en zorgen dat het hotel voldoet aan alle relevante wet- en regelgeving.
  • Bewaken van de Marriott-standaarden, Transcendent-processen en auditvereisten, en zorgdragen voor tijdige opvolging van verbeterpunten.
  • Opstellen, plannen en uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en zorgen voor een snelle en effectieve oplossing van technische storingen.
  • Coördineren en begeleiden van technische projecten, renovaties en investeringen (CapEx), inclusief planning, uitvoering en oplevering.
  • Monitoren en optimaliseren van energie- en waterverbruik en initiëren van duurzaamheidsprojecten om kosten en milieu-impact te verminderen.
  • Beheren van het onderhoudsbudget, controleren van kosten, beoordelen van offertes en aansturen van externe leveranciers en onderhoudscontracten.
  • Opstellen van rapportages over onderhoudsprestaties, compliance, technische KPI's en de status van lopende werkzaamheden en projecten.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vraagstukken vanuit alle afdelingen en zorgdragen voor een hoge mate van serviceverlening aan gasten en medewerkers.

  • Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Sterk in administratie en gestructureerd werken
  • Aantoonbaar leiderschap en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Analytisch, oplossingsgericht en communicatief vaardig
  • Ervaring in een hotel- of vergelijkbare 24/7-omgeving is een sterke pré
