DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Organisation und Leitung der Küche
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Küchenteams
  • Planung und Gestaltung der Speisekarte sowie Entwicklung neuer Gerichte
  • Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Qualität und ansprechenden Präsentation
  • Verantwortung für Warenbestellung, Lagerhaltung und Warenwirtschaft
  • Kalkulation von Speisen und Kontrolle der Wareneinsätze
  • Einhaltung und Überwachung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards (HACCP)
  • Optimierung der Küchenabläufe und Arbeitsprozesse

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie, idealerweise in leitender Position
  • Führungskompetenz und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
  • Kreativität, Leidenschaft und ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch
  • Organisationstalent und wirtschaftliches Denken
  • Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
