Bij Olenex leveren we een breed portfolio aan hoogwaardige eetbare oliën en vetten aan klanten over de hele wereld. Met dertien strategisch gelegen raffinaderijen in Europa produceren wij een uitgebreid assortiment vloeibare en tropische oliën. Onze specialisten werken nauw samen met klanten in zowel de food- als non-foodindustrie om maatwerkoplossingen te ontwikkelen die volledig aansluiten op hun behoeften.

Energy Engineer

die ons team in Vondelingenplaat komt versterken.

Als onze nieuwe Energy Engineer speel je een sleutelrol in het realiseren van onze duurzaamheidsambities. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verbeteren van de energieprestaties van onze productielocaties, leidt ISO 50001-certificeringstrajecten en identificeert kansen om de efficiëntie te verhogen, kosten te verlagen en operationele prestaties verder te optimaliseren.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Beheer en optimaliseer het ISO 50001 Energiemanagementsysteem voor onze productielocaties.
  • Leid ISO 50001-certificeringstrajecten, compliance activiteiten en audits.
  • Analyseer energieverbruik en identificeer kansen voor energiebesparing.
  • Initieer en realiseer projecten die energie-efficiëntie verhogen en kosten verlagen.
  • Stel energie-KPI’s op, monitor prestaties en rapporteer verbeteringen.
  • Werk nauw samen met Operations, Maintenance, Production en Engineering om energiebeheer te integreren in de dagelijkse operatie.
  • Identificeer optimalisaties voor stoom, elektriciteit, perslucht, verwarming en koeling.
  • Ondersteun CAPEX- en verbeterprojecten met energie- en businesscase-analyses.
  • Adviseer over energiezuinige technologieën, procesverbeteringen en investeringen.
  • Borg audit readiness en onderhoud energiegerelateerde documentatie en rapportages.
  • Ondersteun ESG- en duurzaamheidsrapportages met betrouwbare energiegegevens.
  • Vergroot het energiebewustzijn binnen de organisatie door training, coaching en kennisdeling.

Wat breng je mee?

  • HBO-/WO-opleiding in Engineering, Energiemanagement, Procestechnologie of vergelijkbaar.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met energiemanagement binnen een productie- of procesomgeving.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met ISO 50001 implementatie en certificering.
  • Ervaring in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie is een sterke pré.
  • Kennis van energiemanagementsystemen, KPI's en energie-efficiëntie.
  • Ervaring met het werken in multidisciplinaire teams en stakeholdermanagement.
  • Bekend met audits, compliance en certificeringstrajecten.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een data-gedreven aanpak.
  • Ervaring met projectmanagement en het aansturen van meerdere initiatieven.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
