Ben jij een georganiseerde en proactieve regelaar die graag het verschil maakt achter de schermen van een productieomgeving? Voor onze locatie in Zaandam zijn wij op zoek naar een Site Assistant die ons team tijdelijk komt versterken. Het betreft een tijdelijke functie voor een periode van 3 maanden, voor 24 of 32 uur per week, verdeeld over 4 of 5 werkdagen.

Jouw taken:

In deze veelzijdige rol ben jij de spil in het ondersteunen van zowel facilitaire als logistieke processen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen verschillende afdelingen en externe partners.

• Ondersteunen bij in- en uitgaande goederenstromen en contact met chauffeurs en leveranciers

• Administreren van materialen en producten in het systeem en bewaken van voorraden

• Ondersteunen bij het bestellen van materialen, verpakkingsmiddelen en facilitaire benodigdheden

• Coördineren van facilitaire zaken zoals lockers, toegangspassen, schoonmaak en afval

• Verzorgen van werkkleding en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen voor medewerkers

In deze veelzijdige rol ben jij de spil in het ondersteunen van zowel facilitaire als logistieke processen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen verschillende afdelingen en externe partners.

• Minimaal een MBO-4 werk- en denkniveau

• Ervaring met administratieve en coördinerende werkzaamheden

• Je kunt goed Overweg met MS Office (kennis van SAP is een pré)

• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels

• Je bent nauwkeurig, communicatief vaardig en goed in plannen en organisere
