The posting

Die Position Purchasing Assistant unterstützt den operativen Einkauf, kommuniziert mit Lieferanten und steuert Bestellungen sowie Termine im SAP‑System. Zusätzlich übernimmt die Rolle administrative Aufgaben wie Rechnungskontrolle, Materialverwaltung und interne Abstimmungen. Ziel ist ein effizienter und reibungsloser Beschaffungsprozess.

Es handelt sich um eine zunächst auf ein Jahr befristete Vollzeitstelle mit der Perspektive auf eine spätere Übernahme.

Aufgabenbereich

  • Betreuung und Kommunikation mit Lieferanten, inklusive Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Klärung von Rückfragen.
  • Kontraktabwicklung von Waren, Chemikalien, Additiven und Dienstleistungen sowie Erstellung der zugehörigen Anfragen und Bestellungen im SAP‑System.
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen, Abstimmung von Abläufen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Technik, Projektteams und dem Magazin.
  • Prüfung von Eingangsrechnungen über das interne System sowie allgemeine administrative Aufgaben wie z.B. Schriftverkehr.
  • Organisation und Verwaltung von Arbeitskleidung sowie Bestellung und Ausgabe von Büromaterial.

Persönliche Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss.
  • Ausgeprägte Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeit sowie ein strukturiertes Arbeitsverhalten.
  • Hohe Teamfähigkeit.
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gute allgemeine PC-Kenntnisse.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP (idealerweise im MM‑Modul).
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
