The posting

In der Rolle als Project Engineer (m/w/d) bist du für die Koordination und Bearbeitung von Projekten und Optimierung der vorhandenen technischen Einheiten unter der Leitung des PM und des EU-Projekt Managers verantwortlich.

Aufgabenbereich

  • Koordination und Bearbeitung von mittelgroßen und komplexen Projekten sowie Optimierung von bestehenden technischen Einheiten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorgesetzten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Büro, den Werkstätten und Produktionsabteilungen sowie Energie- und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Vorbereitung und Auswertung verschiedener Statistiken im technischen Bereich
  • Berücksichtigung des Energieverbrauches: - Bei der Auslegung von Anlagenteilen eine energieeffizientere Nutzung planen und bewerten - Auswahl möglichst energieeffizienter Systemkomponenten sowie "Hygienic Design" - Bei der Beschaffung von Produkten energieeffizientere Vergleichsprodukte in Erwägung ziehen und bewerten
  • Ansprech- und Verhandlungspartner für Lieferanten
  • Vorbereitung und Monitoring von Projektbudgets
  • Planung und Überwachung von Umstellungen und Neuinstallationen
  • Erstellung von Zeichnungen und Dokumentationen für Projekte, z.B. für Genehmigungsanfragen
  • Koordination und Überwachung der Bauarbeiten der beauftragten Montage- bzw. Installationsfirmen vor Ort
  • Projektdokumentation: Unterlagen für die Inbetriebnahme, Schulung, Wartung und Instandhaltung sowie die gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Aufzeichnungen
  • Rechtzeitige Erkennung und Lösung von z.B. Qualitäts- oder Kapazitätsengpässen im Projekt durch adäquate Maßnahmen
  • Sonderaufgaben gemäß mündlicher Weisung des direkten Vorgesetzten

Persönliche Anforderungen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium als Ingenieur/in Verfahrenstechnik oder gleichwertige Ausbildung in Verbindung mit adäquater Berufserfahrung
  • Drei bis fünf Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einer Industrie- bzw. Produktionsanlage
  • Ein Projektmanagement-Zertifikat, Mind. IPMA-D und 3 erfolgreich abgeschlossene Projekte
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Bereitschaft, selbstständig und im Team zu arbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse im Wort in Schrift
  • Gute MS-Office -Kenntnisse
  • Lernbereitschaft, eine hohe Motivation
  • Gute CAD-Programm Kenntnisse sind zum Vorteil
  • Hands-On-Mentalität
