The posting

In der Rolle als Operator Load Out (m/w/d) sind Sie für die Beladung von Tankzügen verantwortlich.

Aufgabenbereich

  • Beladung von Tankzügen in korrekter Menge und Qualität
  • Vor – und Nachbereitung des Verladeprozesses
  • Kontrolle der Versiegelung des beladenen Tankzugs
  • Aktive Unterstützung der Arbeitssicherheit durch die Einhaltung und Umsetzung aller relevanten Sicherheitsvorschriften sowie die aktive
  • Teilnahme an Schulungen
  • Aufrechterhaltung der „Sauberkeit und Ordnung“ im gesamten Verantwortungsbereich, Instandhaltungs-, Reinigungs- und Aufräumarbeiten gemäß Vorgabe sowie nach Bedarf
  • Abarbeitung von Sonderaufgaben, die vom Senior Operator/Abteilungsleiter vergeben werden
  • Abstellen der Kontrolle im Gefahrfall oder in Fällen, in denen die Sicherheit, die Qualität, der Umweltschutz und/oder der reibungslose Produktionsablauf nicht gewährleistet werden können (evtl. Stoppen des Verladevorgangs im Gefahrfall)
  • Unverzügliche Information des Vorgesetzten, wenn die Lebensmittel- und Futtermittelsicherheit, Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit oder Umwelt gefährdet ist
  • Sicherstellung, dass im Verantwortungsbereich auch von Fremdfirmen und Werkstätten die gültigen Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorgaben (persönliche Schutzausrüstung, Qualitäts- und Hygienerichtlinien) eingehalten werden
  • Sperren und Markieren von Anlageteilen, Freigabe für Wartungsarbeiten
  • Betätigung elektrischer Sicherungen unter der Voraussetzung und mit der Einschränkung, dass der Stelleninhaber theoretisch (Sicherheitsvorschriften) und praktisch durch die E-Werkstatt unterwiesen wurde (EUP)
  • Abwiegen von Additiven
  • Kontrolle und Wechsel der GAF-Filter

Persönliche Anforderungen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen / handwerklichen Bereich
  • Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung, möglichst in der Öl-, Fett- bzw. Petrochemie (Anlagenbereiche, Produktionsabläufe und betriebliche Zusammenhänge)
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im 3-Schicht-Betrieb
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Sicherheits- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Ruhe und Übersicht in kritischen Situationen sowie aktive Lernbereitschaft
  • Flexible, eigenständige und auch teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Technisches Verständnis und PC-Anwenderkenntnisse / Wartungsarbeiten)
  • Kundenfreundlichkeit
