En OMC, como parte de nuestro proceso de crecimiento, buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo Comercial, Desarrolladores de Negocios.

Buscamos un profesional con visión estratégica y fuerte orientación comercial, responsable de generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, captar nuevos clientes y desarrollar mercados y redes de referidores, contribuyendo al crecimiento sostenible de la organización.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Definir y ejecutar estrategias de desarrollo de negocios y generación de nuevos clientes.
  • Identificar mercados, segmentos y clientes objetivo, gestionar la prospección y desarrollar el pipeline comercial.
  • Realizar reuniones con potenciales clientes, comprender sus necesidades, presentar nuestros servicios y desarrollar propuestas comerciales.
  • Construir y fortalecer redes de referidores e intermediarios.
  • Desarrollar nuevas alianzas estratégicas y ampliar la presencia de la organización en mercados objetivo.
  • Liderar y acompañar al equipo bajo su responsabilidad.

Requisitos

Perfil que buscamos

  • Formación universitaria en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo, Negocios, Derecho, Economía o carreras afines.
  • Deseable posgrado en Gestión Comercial, Desarrollo de Negocios o áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiencia comprobada en desarrollo de negocios, prospección, captación de nuevos clientes y ventas consultivas.
  • Inglés avanzado (conversacional y escrito), con capacidad para comunicarse efectiva y profesionalmente en entornos corporativos. Portugués es un plus.
  • Experiencia desarrollando relaciones con clientes finales, intermediarios, aliados estratégicos o redes de referidores.
  • Capacidad para desarrollar propuestas comerciales y liderar procesos de negociación y cierre.
  • Experiencia gestionando pipelines y analizando información e indicadores comerciales.
  • Pensamiento estratégico, orientación a resultados y excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y relacionamiento ejecutivo.
