1、需求管理： 每周和销售部门沟通需求及预测（含线上及线下），每日更新实际物料实际库存及订单情况，确保满足销售出货； 2、计划制定：根据销售需求预测及库存状况，工厂实际产能制订各代工厂交货计划，并和代工厂PMC/生产主管沟通达成一致，确保相关代工厂按需求交货；负责委外加工单下达，委外生产资料发布，下达委外发料单等； 3、计划实施：跟进各代工厂每天的生产状况，汇总实际入库数据，发现异常及时协调相关部门处理，同步和需求部门保持沟通确保满足发货需求； 4、库存管理：针对常规成品制定合理的安全存量，同时确保达成公司的成品周转率考核指标；审核并落实其他部门的成品需求申请； 5、呆滞防控：统计ECN、EOL成品并跟踪处理，统计每月呆滞成品明细及做好原因分析； 6、数据监控：审核成品仓及代工厂仓库的成品出入库单据，组织每月委外加工单完成情况对账，监控ERP数据的准确性，根据成品仓的盘点报表，监督仓库对成品异常进行分析，及时申请调整系统库存，确保账实一致； 7、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

1、本科及以上学历，3年左右计划物料控制领域工作经验，1年以上电商行业相关工作经验； 2、较强的数据分析能力，及良好的沟通能力； 3、具有较强的责任心、执行力，较强的抗压能力，服从领导工作分配； 4、熟悉ERP及PMC理论，熟练使用金蝶、聚水潭等系统，擅长使用数据分析软件。
