The posting

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule: Part-time days, about 16 hours/week in the Fredericksburg / South Stafford area (in-home and homeschool co-op). Mon & Wed about 9:00am-1:30pm, Thu 8:45am-12:45pm (priority), plus Tue 11:30am-3pm or 3-8pm. Great fit for someone who is calm with challenging behaviors and comfortable around large, friendly dogs.

At Learning Ladders ABA, we’re looking for a passionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our mission-driven team. If you’re committed to helping children with autism and developmental disabilities thrive, we want you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center settings.
  • Accurately collect data and document sessions in the Rethink app within 24 hours.
  • Follow and maintain fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Participate in new hire check-ins to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Communicate effectively with families and report observations to your supervising BCBA.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
  • Current RBT certification.
  • Familiarity with ABA data collection and session documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and a passion for supporting the autism community.
