Commis Service Clients – Programme Éthylométrique

Smart Start Québec propose des services d'antidémarreurs éthylométriques (alcootest relié au démarreur) dans le cadre des programmes de la Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ)

Chez la division Smart Start de Thibert, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) agent(e) service client. Vous serez le premier point de contact pour nos participants au programme éthylométrique.

Objectif du poste

Dans votre fonction, vous serez responsable d'accueillir les participants au programme éthylométrique et de procéder à la calibration de leur appareil. Vous aurez aussi la charge de fournir la formation de départ aux nouveaux participants, ainsi que répondre à leurs questions.

Responsabilités clés :

  • Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle lors de l’accueil des participants au programme éthylométrique du Québec à notre centre d’innovation
  • Procéder à la calibration des appareils lors de la visite trimestrielle de nos clients
  • Compléter les dossiers des nouveaux participants dans le système informatique (SmarTrac)
  • Fournir la formation initiale aux nouveaux participants et répondre à leurs questions
  • Travailler en collaboration avec le spécialiste 12v et le centre d’appels Smart Start afin de gérer efficacement le calendrier des plages horaires pour les services Smart Start
  • Maintenir l’inventaire des produits à jours en tout temps
  • Travailler en collaboration avec gestionnaire du centre corporatif pour des tâches adminitrative

  • Bilingue
  • Capacité d’effectuer simultanément plusieurs tâches
  • Ponctualité
  • Communication professionnelle et respectueuse
  • Capacité de gérer des situations plus complexes avec des clients
  • Sens de l’organisation et de la gestion des priorités
  • Autonomie, rigueur et bon jugement.
