Tražimo Education Managera koji će preuzeti ključnu ulogu u razvoju edukacijske strategije, vođenju Education tima te kreiranju edukacijskih programa za neke od najpoznatijih brendova u Salon Professional industriji.

Kako će izgledati tvoj dan?

🔹 Samostalno ćeš provoditi edukacije i treninge na terenu diljem regije.

🔹 Razvijat ćeš i unapređivati edukacijske programe za naše partnere i klijente.

🔹 Globalne edukacijske koncepte pretvarat ćeš u lokalna rješenja koja su relevantna, moderna i privlačna tržištu.

🔹 Osmišljavat ćeš nove formate edukacija - od edukacija uživo i radionica do online i hibridnih programa.

🔹 Planirat ćeš i koordinirati edukativne događaje, radionice i prezentacije u suradnji s agencijama i vanjskim partnerima.

🔹 Gradit ćeš partnerske odnose s akademijama, edukatorima i vanjskim suradnicima.

🔹 Blisko ćeš surađivati s prodajnim i marketinškim timovima te edukaciju pozicionirati kao važan pokretač rasta poslovanja.

🔹 Aktivno ćeš sudjelovati u kreiranju i prilagodbi sadržaja za društvene mreže te pratiti digitalne trendove u industriji.

🔹 Pripremat ćeš prezentacije, izvještaje i druge edukacijske materijale koristeći MS Office alate.

🔹 Pratiti tržišne trendove, novitete i aktivnosti konkurencije te ih pretvarati u nove prilike.

🔹 Voditi, razvijati i inspirirati Education tim.

🔹 Upravljati budžetom, resursima i rezultatima edukacijskih aktivnosti.

🔹 Analizirati rezultate i kontinuirano tražiti načine za podizanje kvalitete i učinkovitosti.
